Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all users enrolled in any program, subscription, or service offered through the ZANE ProEd platform and its associated modules (collectively, the “Platform”).
By enrolling or making a payment on the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to this Policy.
1. No Refund Policy
All payments made to ZANE ProEd are final and non-refundable.
This includes, without limitation:
- Program fees
- Subscription fees
- One-time payments
- Installments
- Promotional or discounted purchases
No refunds will be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Dissatisfaction with the program
- Partial or non-use of the Platform
- Early withdrawal or discontinuation
- Technical issues on the user’s end
- Scheduling or time constraints
- Failure to achieve desired outcomes
2. Immediate Access to Digital Services
Access to digital content, simulations, tools, and platform features is granted immediately upon successful payment.
Once access is provided, the service is considered delivered.
3. No Cancellations After Enrollment
Enrollments cannot be cancelled after payment confirmation.
Stopping usage or requesting account deactivation does not entitle the user to a refund or credit.
4. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
Subscription fees, if applicable, are billed in advance.
Cancellation of a subscription prevents future billing only.
No refunds or credits are issued for any current or past billing periods.
5. Exceptional Circumstances
ZANE ProEd does not offer refunds for exceptional, personal, medical, or external circumstances.
Any exceptions, if ever considered, are entirely at the sole discretion of ZANE ProEd and do not create a precedent.
6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute may result in immediate suspension or termination of access to the Platform.
ZANE ProEd reserves the right to contest chargebacks using this Policy and related platform records.
7. Policy Acceptance
By completing a payment on the Platform, you confirm that:

- • You agree to its terms
- • You waive any right to request a refund
8. Changes to This Policy
ZANE ProEd reserves the right to update or modify this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
